I graduated from Michigan State University in 1979 with high honors from the college of Veterinary Medicine . I started my career in Three Oaks, Mi., and practiced there for ten years before purchasing the Niles Animal Clinic from the retiring Dr. Ross in the fall of 1988. My wife Libby and I raised two boys in Niles and have found it a great place to live.
When I am not at work, I enjoy almost everything outdoors. I take yearly canoe fishing trips to Canada , and have kayaked the shores of Alaska , Nova Scotia , Maine , and the north shore of Lake Superior . Also an avid fly fisherman, I try to enjoy the fantastic fishing Michigan has to offer. You may find me tying a few flies between appointments in my office. |
